When loading in a flat bed truck, warehouses or the like, the outlet of the bellow feeder rests on a pile of the product.

A combination of a flexible dust skirt and an exhaust ensures the necessary negative pressure to achieve dust free loading.

Equipped with a motor winch and a sensor placed in the outlet, the bellow feeder will be hoisted automatically as the loading proceeds.

By means of the internal wear cones, the product stream is fed through the center of the bellow feeder and keeps the product separated from the upward moving exhaust air.

A dustproof connection is formed when the outlet of the bellow feeder rests on the inlet of the tanker truck. The exhaust ensures that the air, which is being displaced by the product inside the tanker truck, does not develop an overpressure with heavy dust emission.

Equipped with a motor winch, the bellow feeder will automatically follow the tanker truck when it sinks because of increasing weight. A sensor in the outlet stops the loading before the tanker truck is being overloaded.

The outlet can be equipped with a closing cone which automatically blocks the outlet of the below feeder to avoid spillage and unwanted entry of insects, birds, etc.
