Our production range of helical gear units includes sizes having the slow speed stage center distance from 3.15 in to 28 in as standard design.

• The gear can be mounted in a horizontal or vertical operating position.
• The gear units can be produced with many slow speed shaft alternatives: normal shaft extension, hollow shaft for key or shrink disc mounting.
• The motor can be mounted with an adapter or V-belt on the housing of the unit.
• Many possibilities for lubrication and cooling are available as required for extreme operating circumstances.
• The standard ratios are from 1:1 to 630:1. Special ratios can be produced to meet the requirements of customers. Extremely high ratios can also be reached with combination gears.

CUMPACT F-SERIES

This design can transmit the slow speed shaft torques from 4690 in-lb to 107964 in-lb. The standard housing of the gear unit is used to all variations; from 2-step units to 4-step units, for all slow speed shaft alternatives and mounting positions.

The use of the gear unit is very easy because of its compact design.

CUMPACT G-SERIES

The G - series gear units transmit the slow speed shaft torques up to 911504 in-lb. Standard ratios can be from 5.6:1 to 630:1. It is possible to use the gear units for foot mounted and shaft mounted applications.

Many accessories and mounting positions are available making this unit easy to use.

CUMERA LA-SERIES

The ratios of these one-step gear units are from 1:1 to 6.3:1. Nominal powers can be up to 15400 hp.

CUMERA D - SERIES

The D - series gears can transmit the slow speed shaft torques up to 5398230 in-lb. Standard ratios are from 5.6:1 to 630:1. The gears can be used for foot mounted and shaft mounted applications.
