Floating Caliper Disc Brakes - SHI FC

The SHI FC disc brake is a spring applied, hydraulically release, floating caliper disc brake. The standard version is equipped with manual lining wear compensation and braking torque is externally adjustable with lining gap. The release mechanism is by means of an external compact hydraulic power unit.

Optional items such as emergency manual release and limit switches are available. Available switches are for indication of “brake released” and “lining wear adjust”.
