Pneumatic Piston Vibrators
Piston vibrators are designed to develop a linear reciprocating force when compressed air is supplied through the air inlet. Manufactured from high quality cast iron, the Hindon/Invicta piston vibrators have a square base with four mounting holes.
Specifically built for long life, the pistons are nitride hardened. For the impacting models, the striking ends are also hardened to a greater degree in order to minimize wear. Hindon Corp. offers multiple types of Pneumatic Piston Vibrators, including the BCAR Series, BCIR Series and BSIR Series.

Ideal for use in hazardous areas or where explosive conditions may exist due its quiet, cushioned stroke forward and backward. This model is ideal for the promotion of flow of materials in hoppers.Read More
On the forward stroke the hardened end of the piston strikes a mounting plate on the structure to be vibrated giving a high energy impact. -
This model is normally controlled by a solenoid and an electronic timer.Read More
When the solenoid valve is actuated the piston strikes a mounting plate. Depending on the size of the unit, it can be set to give up to 100 blows per minute.
