Base Mounted ULBK Series Vibrators

The “ULBK” series of base mounted, explosion proof vibrator is rated for ambient temperatures from -25oC to +40oC and voltages up to 600V.  Models include 2 pole, 4 pole, 6 pole and 8 pole. Each phase of the winding has a 135°C switching temperature thermostat embedded into it.  It is mandatory that these thermostats be connected into the electrical control circuit of the vibrator to comply with the approval.

Our explosion proof electric vibrators are approved by Underwriters Laboratories specification number UL 674 Class I, Groups C & D, Class II, Groups E, F and G.   U.L. File Reference E 74479.  This certification is approved to both United States Standards and Canadian Standards for use in both Gas and Dust environments.

For ambient temperatures between 40 and 55 degrees C the ULBH range is available.  Please contact Hindon today for details on our explosion proof vibrators.
